Need a healthy, 20 minute dinner? Cube boneless, skinless chicken breasts and lightly spray a non-stick skillet and heat over medium high heat. I used this Sriracha infused sea salt (a yummy Christmas gift my parents gave us) to flavor the chicken. Meanwhile I cooked 1 cup of quinoa in 2 cups of chicken broth. I rinsed and drained a can of black beans and cooked them in a little chicken broth (you can use beer or white wine to flavor them) along with cumin and garlic salt.
